A delicious pork chop recipe that is always well received. Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups baker's angel flake coconut |
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs |
1 egg, well beaten |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 dash pepper |
6 pork chops, 1 inch thick |
3 tablespoons melted butter or 3 tablespoons margarine |
Directions:
1. Mix coconut with bread crumbs. Mix eggs with salt and pepper. 2. Dip chops in egg; coat with coconut mixture. Place in shallow baking pan; drizzle with melted butter. 3. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes; turn chops and bake 20 minutes longer. |
