Crispy Chicken Drumsticks |

This is one of my adopted recipes and I made a couple changes to it, to give it some zest. Ingredients:
8 chicken drumsticks, skinned (about 2 1/2 pounds) |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/3 cup skim milk |
1 1/2 cups italian breadcrumbs |
1/2 teaspoon mrs. dash original seasoning |
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt |
1/8 teaspoon onion powder |
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Rinse chicken with cold water, and pat dry. 2. Combine bread crumbs and other ingredients (except milk), stirring well. 3. Dip drumsticks in skim milk. 4. Dredge in breadcrumb mixture, coating well. 5. Place drumsticks in a 10x6x2 baking dish sprayed with Pam. 6. Bake at 350 deg F for 1 hour or till tender. |
