Simple and delicious! Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups crisp rice cereal, coarsely crushed (rice krispies) |
2 tablespoons flour |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme |
1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning |
1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine, melted |
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb.) |
Directions:
1. In a shallow bowl, combine cereal, flour and seasonings. 2. Place butter in another bowl. 3. Dip chicken in butter, then into cereal mixture. 4. Place in a greased 11 x 7 x 2 baking pan. 5. Drizzle with remaining butter. 6. Bake, uncovered, at 400°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until juices run clear. |
