Another recipe from the archives of my former students, this was also a favorite at our ‘multicultural gang’s’ final exam project presentation. It was an immediate hit, and is oh, so easy. As usual, I’ve left the original recipe in the student’s own words. Read more . YUMM! Enjoy! Ingredients:
1 pound sharp cheddar cheese |
2 cups self-rising flour |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 sticks butter |
great for beginners as well as experts! simple ingredients and easy prep |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Grate cheese. 3. Mix all ingredients together. 4. Roll into balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. 5. ‘Mash down’ with fork. (Priceless, right? ;o)) 6. Bake until very light brown. DON’T OVERCOOK! (My note.) 7. Enjoy! 8. These are great for all of us CHEESE LOVERS! Easy, too! |
