Crispy Brussel Sprouts

Love Brussel Sprouts when sauteed over high heat to carmelized and get crispy.
Ingredients:
1 lb brussel sprouts ( i use frozen baby sprouts)
3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
2 tbls. butter
Directions:
1. If frozen, thaw brussel sprouts
2. Cut in half
3. Cut into thin strips
4. Heat oil in saute pan to medium heat
5. Add garlic and saute for a minute
6. Turn heat up to medium high
7. Add brussel sprouts
8. Add salt and pepper
9. Cook until caramelized
10. Add butter
