Love Brussel Sprouts when sauteed over high heat to carmelized and get crispy. Ingredients:
1 lb brussel sprouts ( i use frozen baby sprouts) |
3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced |
olive oil |
salt and pepper to taste |
2 tbls. butter |
Directions:
1. If frozen, thaw brussel sprouts 2. Cut in half 3. Cut into thin strips 4. Heat oil in saute pan to medium heat 5. Add garlic and saute for a minute 6. Turn heat up to medium high 7. Add brussel sprouts 8. Add salt and pepper 9. Cook until caramelized 10. Add butter |
