These are so good and good for you! i never get 6 dozen out of this probably cuz we all eat them as they're made! Ingredients:
2 cups crispy brown rice cereal |
1/2 cup honey |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1/2 cup natural-style peanut butter |
1/2 cup finely chopped nuts (optional) |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Mix Peanut butter, honey, nuts, vanilla, and cinnamon into a bowl. add cereal and stir gently until cereal is well coated. with wet hands form mixture into bite-sized balls, approximately 1 inch in diameter, place on waxed paper. |
