Crispy Blue Cheese Potatoes |

A delicious recipe for cheese and bacon lovers. I had purchased blue cheese to make one thing and found this recipe on the label. Ingredients:
1 pound of red potatoes, cut into wedges |
1 tb olive oil |
1/8 tsp. salt |
1/8 tsp. black pepper |
1/4 c. blue cheese crumbles |
8 oz bacon, crisply cooked, chopped |
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Tos potato wedges with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Place in baking dish. 2. Bake at 400F. oven for about 30 minutes until tender. 3. Mix blue cheese, bacon and cheddar cheese; sprinkle over potatoes. Bake until cheeses are melted. |
