Crispy Brussels waffles to enjoy on a rainy day! Ingredients:
500 grams flour |
500 ml milk |
5 eggs |
300 grams butter |
30 grams yeast dissolved in 35 ml water |
1 vanilla pod |
10 grams sugar (1 tbs) |
pinch of salt |
powdered sugar to decorate |
Directions:
1. Add the flour, milk and eggs together, do not stir yet 2. Add the dissolved yeast 3. Melt the butter in a saucepan on medium heat, add to the batter 4. Now stir 5. Add the scraped vanilla, sugar and salt 6. Stir again 7. Bake according to instructions of waffle maker 8. Note: the waffle maker should be as hot as possible 9. Enjoy! |
