Love crispy beef ribs and my mother-ln-law gave me this idea on cooking ribs in the oven. Love them (even good with baby back ribs0 Ingredients:
2 good size rack of beef ribs |
salt |
pepper |
garlic powder |
sazon |
beef seasonings (ex: steak house seasoning for beef, etc.) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 2. In rack pan, place a sheet of aluminum foil on bottom of pan, then place rack in pan 3. Put ribs on rack 4. Lightly coat ribs with olive oil 5. Sprinkle seasoning over ribs, turn and repeat 6. Put in oven at 400 for about 1/2 hour 7. Lower heat to 300 and cook for 2-3 hours till crispy 8. Enjoy |
