Another great batter for that not-so-heathy eating. Ingredients:
3/4 cup flour |
1/4 cup cornstarch |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 cup water |
dry breadcrumbs, fine-dry (plain or seasoned) |
Directions:
1. Combine all dry ingredients, except bread crumbs. 2. Add water and mix until smooth. 3. Dip food in batter and then coat with bread crumbs. 4. Place food in hot oil. |
