Crispy Barbecue Style Chicken |

Basic Coating Mix ,Pink Baby Shower Punch is required to make this mouth-watering chicken Ingredients:
3/4 cup ketchup |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
2 tablespoons water |
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard |
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1 1/4 cups basic coating mix (recipe posted) |
1/2 cup flour |
2 lbs chicken pieces |
Directions:
1. Combine ketchup ,vinegar,water,dry mustard and Worcestershire sauce in a shallow dish.
2. Place Basic Coating Mix in another shallow dish.
3. Place flour in a separate shallow dish.
4. Dust chicken pieces with flour.
5. Dip in ketchup mixture,then in Basic Coating Mix .
6. Place coated pieces on a large greased baking sheet.
7. Bake at 400 degrees F for 40-45 minutes until done.
