Crispy Baked Fish with Salsa

Ingredients:
2/3 cup(s) baking mix or low-fat baking mix (bisquick)
1 teaspoon(s) chili powder
1 egg or 4oz egg substitute
1.5 cup(s) salsa
1.5 teaspoon(s) salt
shredded cheese
1 pound(s) white fish fillets
1/4 cup(s) yellow cornmeal
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Mix baking mix, cornmeal, chili powder, and salt.
3. Beat egg. Dip fish in egg, then coat with baking mixture. Place in 13x9" greased pan. Bake uncovered 10 min. Turn fish and bake 15 min longer or til fish flakes easily with fork. Serve with salsa and cheese on top.
