1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/8 teaspoon black pepper |
3 lbs frying chickens |
1 1/3 cups italian seasoned breadcrumbs |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and the black pepper. 2. Dip chicken and coat on all sides with the mixture. 3. Put the bread crumbs in a large plastic bag. 4. Put 1 piece of the chicken at a time into the bag and shake to coat chicken. 5. Put the chicken into a glass baking dish or broiler pan. 6. Bake at 425 degrees F for 40 minutes or until golden brown and tender. |
