Quick and kid friendly. Ingredients:
2 (15 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup |
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream |
4 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed |
1 (8 ounce) box butter flavored crackers, crushed |
1/2 cup melted butter |
Directions:
1. Blend soup and sour cream. 2. Add chicken. 3. Place in a 9x13 pan. 4. Spread cracker crumbs evenly over top. 5. Pour melted butter over top. 6. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. 7. Serve with biscuits or mashed potatoes. |
