I love no bake recipes. This is one of my favorites.
Ingredients:
2 2/3 cups white chocolate chips
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 1/2 cups crispy rice cereal
1 cup peanuts
Directions:
1. In the microwave, melt vanilla chips and peanut butter and stir until smooth.
2. Add cereal and peanuts and stir to coat.
3. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper and let stand until set.
4. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
