This is a very good cheese disk that you can use as chips or appetizers when you take it out of the pan and put it over a glass to cool - it makes an excellent basket to fill with your favorite dips or fillings Ingredients:

Directions:

SPEAD A VERY FINE LAYER OF GRADED CHEESE TO COVER BOTTOM OF PAN OVER LOW TO MED HEAT,-THE CHEESE WILL MELT BUBBLE, AND SPREAD OUT LIKE A LIQUID CREPE,AS IT STARTS TO SET AND EDGES START TO BROWN,-TURN OVER AND BROWN,-REMOVE AND PUT ON PAPER TOWELS.-OR PUT OVER A GLASS AND ALLOW TO COOL - TO MAKE A BASKET-(WATCH CAREFULLY NOT TO BURN THEM THEY COOK VERY FAST -.) COOL TO ROOM TEMP BEFORE SERVING 4. CAN BE USED AS A CHIP - OR FILL WITH DIPS ETC |
