These come out kind of thin and crispy. Ingredients:
1/2 cup soft butter |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1 egg |
1 cup flour |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon baking powder |
3/4 cup oats |
1/2 cup dried cranberries |
Directions:
1. Mix butter, sugars and egg. 2. Mix dry ingredients. 3. Mix together and add the cranberries. 4. Roll into small balls& Bake 10 minutes at 350. |
