Got this out of a womans magazine and tried it, they turned out really good. Ingredients:
1 yeast cake or 1 pkg. dry yeast, softened in 3 tbsp. warm water. |
3 eggs, beaten |
1 cup warm water |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 tsp. salt |
1 stick melted butter |
5 cups flour |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients, cover, and let stand overnight. Next day, divide dough into quarters and roll out to 1/8-inch thickness. 2. Cut into triangles and brush with butter. 3. Roll up and let stand 3-5 hours on cookie sheet 4. Bake at 375 for 8-12 minutes. |
