This are so easy and quite yummy Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
l egg |
l cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1 pkg. lipton dry soup mix |
2 tubes (8 count each) crescent rolls |
Directions:
1. Mix together first 4 ingredients. 2. Shape into 16 meatballs (size of a walnut) 3. Wrap a crescent roll around each meatball 4. to cover completely. 5. Place on a cookie sheet. Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes. 6. You can eat these plain or with gravy. |
