The recipe said to cool and shape cookies in bag of confectioners sugar. I think it means to shake them. See note. Ingredients:
1 lb. soft butter |
16 tbsps. confectioners sugar |
4 c. plain flour |
2 tsps. vanilla |
3 c. pecans |
Directions:
1. Cream butter and sugar. 2. Add flour and vanilla. 3. Add nuts. 4. Make into crescent shapes. 5. Bake at 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes. 6. They are very fragile so DO NOT SHAKE THEM!!! We put the cookies on racks to cool and then sift confectioners' sugar over them. If you shake the cookies you'll have a mess of crumbs. 11.
