Favorite Crepe Breakfast, or Brunch. My Aunt Deloris took care of us and made these wonderful crepes for us. And this recipe has no reason to be written down once you make it just once. Ingredients:
3 cups flour |
1 cup milk |
1 egg |
1 tablespoon sugar |
cottage cheese |
strawberry jam |
sour cream |
Directions:
1. mix together, oil pan lightly, add some batter in pan shirl it around, to make a very thin pancake. Just barely brown on both sides. 2. lay crepe on a plate.
