my basic crepe recipe; makes about 5. Ingredients:
1 egg |
1 1/2 cups 1% part skim milk |
1 cup flour |
1/4 tsp salt |
1 pam cooking spray |
Directions:
1. Beat egg in milk. 2. Add salt. Gradually add flour while beating constantly with a whisk. 3. Heat a 10 nonstick frypan over medium-high heat. Spray it with Pam and add 1/3 - 1/2 cup batter. 4. Immediately swirl batter around the bottom of the pan until there is a thin coating over entire bottom. 5. Set pan on burner and cook until edges are dry and the bottom is starting to brown. Flip and return pan to burner, cooking until bottom is starting to brown. 6. Remove to a plate and cover with a tea towel and do the next crepe. |
