These crepes can be used as breakfast crepes or as dessert crepes. They can be eaten plain, try them with lemon juice and some powdered sugar, or stuffed with cottage cheese and/or fruit compote. Ingredients:
1/2 cup flour |
3/4 cup milk, nonfat |
1 egg |
2 teaspoons sugar |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together with a wire wisk. Spray small non-stick frying pan with butter flavored cooking spray. When pan is hot, pour 1/8 cup of the batter into the frying pan and spread out. When the crepe appears dry, remove with a spatula. Repeat for the entire batter. |
