taste great crepes from a friends Grandmother. This is a double recipe. You can cut it in half or multiply it as many times as you want to adjust the # of crepes you need. A double recipe gets about 8 crepes using a very large pan. Ingredients:
2 eggs |
4 tablespoons sugar |
2 teaspoons salt |
2 cups milk |
1 1/2 cups flour |
Directions:
1. Mix all together & spoon just enough into pan to coat the entire pan. (maybe a 1/4 to a 1/2 cup?) Pan should be on med high heat. Flip crepe when edges start to dry/flake and you start to see air bubbles form in the center. They cook fast so keep a close eye. 2. Can be served plain or with any number of fillings. |
