3 eggs |
3/4 cup milk |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
3/4 teaspoon baking powder |
3/4 cup flour |
3 tablespoons melted butter |
powdered sugar |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs until fluffy. 2. Add all other ingredients in order except sugar, stirring well after each until batter is smooth. 3. Let batter sit, refridgerated, one hous. 4. Melt a small amount of butter in a frying pan over medium heat. 5. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter in frying pan, tilting it quickly so a thin layer covers the bottom of the pan. 6. When edges begin to curl, flip crepe, then put immediately onto plate. 7. Roll up crepes and sprinkle sugar or you can fill it with whatever you like, such as chicken salad! |
