Thin crepes delicious and crispy around the outer rim, soft and tasty. Great filled with fruit and custard! Also delicious rolled up with lemon juice and sugar. Ingredients:
1 cup flour |
2 eggs |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/3 cup sugar |
1/2 cup milk |
1/2 cup water |
butter, for skillet |
Directions:
1. Mix eggs, sugars and liquids. Add to dry ingredients. Pour 1/4 cup or more into a pan and coat quickly. Cook only about 2 minutes, sure not to burn the bottom. Remove and fill with whatever you like. |
