I used to sell these in High School all the time as a fundraiser for the French Club I belonged to. We ALWAYS ran out! We served them with Nutella or Jam. Ingredients:
1 egg (beaten) |
3/4 cup milk |
1/2 cup flour |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil |
1 dash salt |
Directions:
1. Combine egg, milk, flour, sugar, oil and salt. 2. Heat lightly greased skillet. 3. Spoon in 2 to 3 tablespoons batter. 4. Lift and tilt skillet to spread batter over bottom. 5. Return to heat and lightly brown on both sides. |
