From the Dinosaur Barbecue restaurant in Rochester. This seasoning will make whatever you rub it into earthy, spicy, and complex. But don't use it only on meat destined for barbecue; sprinkle it on anything you're grillin', including veggies. Mix it into breadcrumbs before coating food, or stir it into a casserole. It's a great flavor-boostin' agent. Ingredients:
1/2 cup paprika |
1/2 cup garlic granules |
1/4 cup granulated onion |
3 tablespoons black pepper |
2 teaspoons white pepper |
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper |
1/4 cup dried oregano |
1/4 cup dried thyme |
2 teaspoons ground cumin |
2 tablespoons sugar |
Directions:
1. Combine everything in a bowl and store in a plastic or glass container with a lid. |
