Sweet... Salty... Spicy... incredibly juicy and super delicious!! Ingredients:
1 whole fresh pineapple |
creole seasoning (i use tony chachere's) |
Directions:
1. Clean pineapple, slice about 3/4 rings and core. 2. Lightly sprinkle creole over each slice. 3. Grill 4-5 minutes per side on med high heat to reveal nice grill marks. 4. That's it! 5. Serve with any protein or just enjoy by itself. |
