A very tasty and impressive dip. Goes great on crackers, chips or spread on pita toasts. I always double this recipe when I serve it because a single serving is never enough. I have also made it where I stir in dijon mustard and it is everybit as good as the original recipe. Read more . Enjoy Ingredients:
1 pound crab meat |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 can cream of mushroom soup |
1/2 cup diced mushrooms |
1/2 cup white onion diced |
2 teaspoons cajun seasoning |
3 tablespoons leeks chopped |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a crock pot or slow cooker and cook on low for about two hours stirring occasionally so it does not stick. 2. Keep warm and serve with crackers or warm bread. |
