Perky pork chops, delicious!! Sprinkle a little parsley on top for added color. Ingredients:
1/4 cup flour |
4 boneless pork loin chops |
4 tablespoons oil |
1 large onion, thinly sliced |
1/2 cup chopped green pepper |
1 cup sliced celery |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
2 cups stewed tomatoes |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons thyme |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce |
Directions:
1. Coat chops with flour; brown in oil. 2. Remove and keep warm. 3. In drippings, saute onion, green pepper, celery, and garlic. 4. Stir in tomatoes, and spices. 5. Return chops to pan. 6. Bring to a boil. 7. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. |
