1. Cook fish according to *Fish in a Flash recipe* (already posted) 2. Beat cream cheese and next 4 ingredients with an electric mixer until 3. smooth. 4. Stir in 1/4 cup green onions. 5. Spread cheese mixture in an 8 inch bowl or cast iron skillet. 6. Spread chili sauce over cheese mixture; top with falked catfish and remaining onions. 7. Serve immediately. 8. Yield: 3 1/2 cups
