I have not tried this one yet. I like stove top recipes and this one looks easy. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 medium onion, chopped |
1 green bell pepper, chopped |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1 tablespoon butter |
1 (15 ounce) can tomatoes, chopped |
1 (10 ounce) can rotel tomatoes |
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce |
1 small cabbage, chopped |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef and drain. 2. Add chopped onion, pepper, garlic and butter to meat mixture. 3. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and chopped cabbage. 4. Salt and pepper to taste. 5. Cover and cook until cabbage is tender. |
