This recipe is from one of my co-workers who is a good ole' southern woman and knows her cooking!! Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 medium onion |
2 tablespoons prepared mustard |
1/4 cup ketchup |
1 (5 ounce) can tomato paste |
1 (10 ounce) can chicken gumbo soup |
cooked rice, or |
cooked spaghetti |
Directions:
1. Brown beef& onion, drain. 2. Stir in mustard, ketchup, tomato paste& soup. 3. Simmer until mixture thickens, about 15 minutes. 4. Serve over rice or spaghetti. |
