2 lbs beef sirloin |
8 ounces mushrooms |
3 tablespoons oil |
2 onions |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 -2 tablespoon pepper |
4 tablespoons cajun seasoning |
3 tablespoons soy sauce |
2 tablespoons garlic powder |
3 tablespoons chili powder |
1 (16 ounce) can diced tomatoes |
1 cup water |
Directions:
1. Marinate beef in soy & seasonings overnight before cooking. 2. Sauté beef in oil until browned. Add chopped onions & sliced mushrooms. 3. Cook over medium heat for 20 mins; stir. 4. Cook 15 mins more over low heat. 5. Add tomatoes and water and simmer 1 hour or until meat is tender over low heat. |
