Ingredients:
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup creme fraiche
Directions:
1. Whip the heavy cream until it begins to thicken. 2. Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar and continue to beat the cream until it makes a soft lazy peak. 3. Fold or gently whisk in the creme fraiche.
