Creme Fraiche Chicken Curry |

Ingredients:
3 chicken breast cubed |
1 leek diced |
1 thumb size root ginger fine dice |
1 red chilli fine dice |
2 tsp fenegreek seeds crushed |
2 tsp cumin seeds crushed |
1 tsp mustard seeds crushed |
2 tsp ground turmeric |
2 tsp garam masala |
1 tsp chilli pouder |
2 tsp suagr |
2 tsp salt |
150ml double cream |
150ml creme fraiche |
Directions:
1. Gentle fry the seeds for 2 mins, then add the leek, Chilli and Ginger and fry for 5 mins. Add the chicken and seal for 5 mins. Add the Powder spice, sugar and salt and mix well. Continue to fry for 2 mins. Add the Creme Fraiche and cream stir and simmer for 20 mins covered. 2. DONE. EASY |
