1 cup whipping cream |
1 teaspoon buttermilk |
Directions:
1. Heat cream and buttermilk in a small saucepan over low heat until lukewarm. Pour mixture into a glass jar, and loosely cover with lid. Let stand, free from drafts, 8 hours or until thickened. Store, tightly covered, in refrigerator up to 10 days. |
