This is so easy to do! Try it in place of sour cream. Cook time includes standing time. Ingredients:
1 cup whipping cream |
1/8 cup buttermilk, at room temperature |
Directions:
1. Heat whipping cream in a small saucepan to 85 degrees F. 2. Remove from heat and add the buttermilk. 3. Pour into a jar with a lid. 4. Close lid and let stand in a warm place at room temperature for 36 hours. 5. Then, store in the refrigerator. |
