This recipe contains raw eggs. We recommend that pregnant women, young children, the elderly and the infirm do not consume raw eggs. Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter |
1 cup white sugar |
3 eggs |
2 tablespoons potato flour |
1 cup water |
1 lemon, juiced |
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs. Stir in potato flour, water and lemon juice. Chill until ready to use. |
