Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup(s) butter |
1/2 cup(s) unsweetened cocoa powder |
3 1/2 cup(s) powdered sugar |
1 egg beaten |
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
2 cup(s) graham crackers crumbed |
1/3 cup(s) creme de menthe green |
1 1/2 cup(s) semisweet chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. BOTTOM LAYER 2. In a saucepan, combine 1/2 cup butter and cocoa 3. Heat and stir until well blended, remove from heat 4. Add 1/2 cup powdered sugar, egg and vanilla 5. Stir in graham cracker crumbs, mix well 6. Press into bottom of 9 X 12 cake pan 7. MIDDLE LAYER 8. Melt 1/2 cup butter in small bowl, combine with creme de menthe 9. At low speed, beat in 3 cups powdered sugar until smooth 10. Spread over bottom layer and chill for one hour 11. TOP LAYER 12. In small pan (or microwave), melt 1/4 cup butter and chocolate chips 13. Spread over mint layer and chill for 1-2 hours 14. Cut into squares |
