Creme De Menthe Cake With Fudge |

This cake is one of my favorite growing up. My mom used to make it for baby showers because the topping is mint green. I decided that this cake needs to be made for all occasions. Enjoy! Ingredients:
1 package white cake mix |
1 regular container cool whip or cool whip lite |
1 jar chocolate fudge (ice cream topping) |
mint syrup (it can be found near the ice cream toppings also) |
Directions:
1. Mix cake mix as directed on box 2. Add 7-8 tablespoons of mint (creme d'menthe) syrup to mix 3. Bake as directed 4. When the cake cools add chocolate fudge to the top 5. Then stir in 4-5 tablespoons of the mint syrup into the cool whip and put on top of the cake 6. Refrigerate |
