A great chocolaty-minty cake that is perfect for the holidays. Ingredients:
1 package white cake mix |
1 pistachio pudding mix |
4 large eggs |
8 ounces sour cream |
1/3 cup oil |
1/3 cup creme de menthe |
1 cup mini chocolate chip |
angel flake coconut |
Directions:
1. Mix the first 6 ingredients and beat 3 minutes at medium speed. 2. Fold in chocolate chips. 3. Grease and flour bundt or angel cake pan. 4. Sprinkle pan with coconut. 5. Bake cake 50-60 minutes at 350. 6. Ice with confectioner's sugar and creme de menthe. 7. Garnish with Andes mints. |
