Delicious and fast what more can you want in a dessert. Ingredients:
1 quart vanilla ice cream,softened |
1/3 cup creme de cocoa |
1/3 cup creme de menthe(green) |
1/2 cup heavy cream,whipped |
1 tblsp confectioners sugar |
semi sweet chocolate |
Directions:
1. In a 10 ins glass,oven proof pir pan
2. press down1 ins thick layer of vanilla Ice cream
3. Spoon over it 1/2 creme de cacoa,then cover with a thinner layer of ice cream and cover with 1/2 amount of creme de menthe
4. finish ice creamand liqueurs in the next 2 layers
5. Whip Cream,adding confectioners sugar
6. spread a thin layer of this in swirls over the top of the pie
7. A few curls of chocolate would add the finishing touch,
8. If you wish you can put in the freezer to firm a little
9. remove a few min before serving so that it will be easy to slice
