Ingredients:
2 large ripe mangoes
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup toasted pecan pieces
Directions:
1. Peel mangoes and cut fruit away from bit. Place in a food processor.
2. Add lemon juice and puree until smooth.
3. In a medium bowl, whip cream until thickened. Add sugar and vanilla.
4. Beat until stiff. Fold mango puree into whipped cream.
5. Divide among 6 dessert bowls. Garnish with pecans.
