2 large ripe mangoes |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
1 cup heavy cream |
1 tablespoon powdered sugar |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1/2 cup toasted pecan pieces |
Directions:
1. Peel mangoes and cut fruit away from bit. Place in a food processor. 2. Add lemon juice and puree until smooth. 3. In a medium bowl, whip cream until thickened. Add sugar and vanilla. 4. Beat until stiff. Fold mango puree into whipped cream. 5. Divide among 6 dessert bowls. Garnish with pecans. |
