A yummy crepe-like, pancake-like dish. Ingredients:
2 eggs |
1/2 cup flour |
1/2 cup milk |
2 tablespoons butter |
2 tablespoons powdered sugar |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs well. 2. Add flour and milk. Mix well. 3. Melt butter in a baking pan, any size. 4. Pour batter into pan and bake at 425* for 15 minutes. 5. Remove pan from oven and sprinkle powdered sugar on top. (Feel free to add more or less). 6. Bake for an additional 5 minutes. Remove and let cool. You can cut it up or tear at it with your hands. |
