2 cups all purpose flour |
1 tbs sugar |
3 tsp baking powder |
1 tsp salt |
1/2 cup margarine |
3/4 cup 2% milk |
1 cup raisins |
Directions:
1. mix flour sugar baking powder and salt 2. cut in margarin 3. stir in milk until dogh leaves side of bowl 4. place dough on floured suface 5. kneaad lightly 10 times 6. roll or pat 1/2 thick and cut with round cutter 7. bake on ungreaded cookie sheet about 1 apartfor crusty sides, toucing for soft sides 8. bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown at 450 F |
