I love sauces but this one is so simple quick fast and easy. The great thing about this sauce is you can cook pasta at the same time while making th sauce. Ingredients:
1 cup cream |
1/3 cup basil |
1/2 cup butter |
1 -2 tablespoon salt |
1/2 cup olive oil |
1 tablespoon flour |
Directions:
1. In a small pan bring cream,butter,oil, and salt to a boil for 5 minutes. Then bring to a low heat add flour SLOWLY! And stir continuously (IF NOT WILL CREATE LUMPS).Take off heat add basil and spinach. Let cool for about 10 then serve. |
