Creamy White Mousse With Fresh Raspberries |

A perfect dessert! Ingredients:
3 bars (6oz) premiere white baking bars,broken into pieces |
1 1/2 c.heavy whipping cream,divided |
1/4 c.powdered sugar |
1 tsp.vanilla |
fresh raspberries for garnish |
Directions:
1. Microwave baking bars and 1/2 C.whipping cream in uncovered microwave safe bowl on medium-high heat until completely melted (approx 90-120 seconds). 2. Cool completely. 3. Beat remaining 1 C.whipping cream,powdered sugar and vanilla in small bowl until stiff peaks form,but do NOT overbeat. 4. Fold melted bar mixture into whipping cream mixture until blended. 5. Spoon into champagne or wine glasses and chill until ready to serve. 6. Garnish with fresh raspberries and watch their faces light up. 7. YUM!! |
