It is important not to substittute butter in this recipe. if you dont have a double boiler you can use a glass bowl over a saucepan of water Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
2 tablespoons butter |
2 lbs white chocolate, broke into pieces |
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. line a nine inch square pan with foil and butter the foil. 2. in a mixing bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy. 3. in a double boiler melt butter. 4. add chocolate pieces until melted. 5. pour over cream cheese and beat til smooth and glossy 7-10 minutes. 6. stir in nuts and our into foil lined pan. 7. cool completely. 8. remove from pan and cut into inch pieces. |
